  • Be sure to buy 10% more than the actual floor area, to accommodate off-cuts, culling for appearance, and accidental damage etc. 
  • E.g. If your floor area is  916 sq ft, you need to add 91 sq ft = 1,007 sq ft, divided by 32.2 sq ft / carton = 31.27 cartons. Round up to 32 cartons. We don't split cartons and any topup orders if you run out of flooring during installation are subject to  all the extra costs involved in a stand alone order. If this current deal has expired, that will mean an invoice purchase at usual pricing plus shipping.
  • 👉 If you order less than the minimum  13 cartons, your order will EITHER be processed as "plus shipping" and subject to usual pricing, for which we will issue a supplementary invoice, OR refunded minus any transaction  processing fees. 
* FREE SHIPPING TERMS: This is within the contiguous mainland states ONLY and is for (1) residential or shop kerb side delivery on sealed road within town limits, OR (2) customer pick-up at the carrier's terminal.  EXCLUSIONS: To work within our freight carriers' limitations, there are no deliveries to off-shore locations, no off-road locations, no unsealed or rural roads, no mountainous or ferry deliveries, and no other unusual locations. If a delivery location is beyond the scope of these stipulations and our shipping guidelines, we'll call you to work out a solution.
